The Group is principally engaged in the sales and production of coal in Henan Province, the People’s Republic of China. The subsidiaries of the Group own five coal mines with total area of approximately 7.7 square kilometers. The total coal reserves were approximately 30.0 million and the designed annual production capacity was 1.4 million tons.

      The Group also invests different industry area, including invest in the PRC capital market, computer software systems etc. through its subsidiaries or associated companies in order to broaden the business of the Group. The Group will continue to explore other potential investment opportunities, to diversify the business segments of the Company. The Group targets to become as one of the major coal players in the industry within the Henan Province and bring value to its shareholders.
